Which program should I learn when I intend to build (water networks or buildings).

• What are the differences between the two jobs in the civil engineering industry?  
• What is your working environment? 
• Do you work in an office or out in the field? 
• What is each position's perspective on the other? 
• Is it possible to get a project management job in both roles? 
• Is a professional engineering license required for both functions?
