Minimum Ceiling Height as per International Building Code The International Building Code (IBC) is used for commercial buildings and any building that contains more than two dwelling units, such as apartment buildings. The Height of large building shall be 4.00 meter, from Top of Floor level to the bottom of Rcc slab. Which is sufficient enough to have good ventilation by providing openings below roof level for escaping of room temperature and also suitable for any interior modifications.
