This self-leveling, poured polyurethane resin flooring system allows large expanses of internal flooring to be covered seamlessly and is suitable for a wide range of building types (industrial, commercial, public, domestic). The premium ingredients used to produce a brilliant white finish, though slightly dulled by its textured finish, which is flexible and highly durable. Its repairability and low porosity also make it easy to maintain. The glass bead finish gives the surface a high slip resistance. However, there is no end of life recycling options currently available.

Intended applications

  • Internal flooring

Anti-slip Glass Beads provide your epoxy floor with a textured surface created for foot traffic. Glass Beads can be added to any clear floor coating or two-part waterborne epoxy when a non-skid coating is desired. They can also be added to a pigmented layer to produce a less coarse surface than silica grit.

Features:

  • Clear beads to match the color of any epoxy floor
  • Produces a non-slip finish

How to use:

  • Add slowly to top coating while mixing and frequently stir while applying
  •  Or broadcast on top of uncured top coatings to achieve a non-slip finish

Glass bead flooring is a kind of flooring in which glass beads are mixed into epoxy or polyurethane floor coating and collectively applied so as to achieve a textured yet smooth floor finish. It is highly slip-resistant, highly serviceable, self-leveling, long-lasting, and easy to apply. It may also be coated with another layer of epoxy or polyurethane.

This kind of flooring is just the right choice for food products' industries, especially for the poultry, dairy, meat and beverage industries for the following reasons :

Non porous surfaces with the absence of cracks and holes. Skid resistance and spill resistance very important for beverage industries. Anti - microbial properties, crucial to the food and beverage industry, since any growth on the floor can invite contamination above the floor as well. Chemical resistance and moisture resistance, because deteriorated floor may cause contamination. Easy to clean or sanitize. Good pH resistance. Strong resistance to thermal cycling. Quick curing.
